My first experience with Dr. Stein's office was almost 15 years ago, for my wisdom teeth extraction. My left side was done and til this day, I still praise the work done on my teeth whenever anyone mentions wisdom teeth extractions. The office staff and Dr. Stein were amazing then, and they live up to their name to this day - #1 Oral Surgeon in NYC. Now I have returned to finish my right side, due to a nerve interference 15 years ago that prevented Dr. Stein from operating, as he did not want to risk my health. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are gentle, patient and most of all, EMPATHETIC to the pain I was experiencing. The whole experience should have been as excruciating as the pain I was feeling, but instead Dr. Stein made me feel heard, cared for and reassured. Absolutely amazing!

I cannot recommend Dr. Stein highly enough. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. From the moment I met him, I felt I was in excellent hands. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to explain every step of the procedure, answers all my questions with patience, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. His entire team is outstanding. The nurses, assistants, and office staff are warm, kind, and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that immediately puts patients at ease. Going to an oral surgeon or dentist is not always an easy experience, but Dr. Stein’s office truly stands out for its exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients. I am so grateful for the wonderful treatment I received. Thank you, Dr. Stein and your amazing team, for taking such great care of your patients. You make a real difference.

Dr. Stein is simply superb. Not only is he an absolutely brilliant oral surgeon, his bedside manner is excellent. He explains everything thoroughly and puts you at ease about the procedure. You will be in great hands with Dr.Stein.

Gratitude is the first thing that comes to mind when writing this review. Just under a week post-operation, I am already living entirely pain-free and feeling a profound sense of relief. Dr. Stein, May, Grace, and every single team member I encountered were professional, deeply compassionate, and brought the perfect touch of levity to the experience. Our first experience with Dr Stein was phenomenal! From start to finish the entire staff made us feel comfortable with clear communication and on task execution! Dr Stein has amazing bedside manners and he was super courteous and professional throughout the consultation! He explained everything in detail, wasn’t rushed at all, engaged with all our questions and focused to do what was best for his client and that came through so clearly! We are getting scheduled for surgery over the summer and we will update on that experience - really hope that goes through super smoothly and successfully as well!
